Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) or simple bags are in large dimension for strong, transporting and easy handling the commodities. FIBC’s are the most economical packaging materials and ideal type of packaging for shipping and storing. These can be produced from Flat fabric or Tubular Fabric either coated or uncoated and vary in weight depending on the requirements of safe working load(SWL) or safety factor (SF). An FIBC can be as simple as an open top flat bottom used commodities for packaging of building materials and high tech clean room productions to be used for pharmaceutical material packaging. The important things in FIBC is manufactured to meet a customer’s specific requirements.

Types of FIBC bags we’re offering
Single & Double Loop Bags
1- and 2-Loop FIBCs big bags are most widely used to transport bulk loads of between 1100 lbs. and 3300 lbs. They are subject to a process of rigorous quality control and in house testing and further comply with all relevant testing norms required under the UN dangerous goods standards.
X-Corner bags also known as Circular bulk bags (FIBC) have a circular/tubular body that is seamless, with only a top and bottom panel sewn into the bag. Circular style bags are ideal for fine and hydroscopic materials. Due to the tubular design of these bags, they do not have any seams at the vertical edges.
The classic bulk bag otherwise known as U + 2 Panel Its construction is composed of a single canvas, forming a U, comprising 1 side, the bottom and the other opposite side. The two missing sides and finalising the body are sewn on both sides of the U. The bag thus finalized includes 4 vertical seams.
Tunnel loop bag is becoming more popular in building trade as well as other industries sectors. Tunnel loop FIBC is latest design which has two strong tunnels provided with regular standard FIBC bag. Here benefit of tunnel loop bag is that one person can easily handle bag with help of fork lift which alternately helps to reduce man power and time for filling and handling the bag.
A Baffle Bag has pieces of fabric or other material sewn across each corner of a tubular or 4-Panel bag to improve a bag’s squareness, appearance, enhance the stability of the load, and more efficiently utilize storage or shipping space. Baffles are extra fabric panels or pieces of string sewn into each of the bag’s four corners. This reinforcement allows the bag to better hold its square shape when filled making them easier to store side by side or stack.
Ventilated Bulk Bags are made from Polypropylene woven fabrics. The fabric is specifically designed to permit the required air flow through the fabric into the bag. These Bags come with Fabric Vents ranging from 9 to 26. More options available on requests. Ventilated bags are perfect for firewoods, onions, potatoes, garlic and other agricultural products.
Anti-Static Bag / Type-B Bags
Type B bag, also known as Anti-Static Bags, is constructed from insulating fabric with a breakdown voltage of less than 6 kV. This provision prevents the risk of energetic sparks and propagating brush discharges which can ignite dust-air mixtures and flammable gases and solvent vapors.
- Used safely for the transportation of dry, combustible powders (MIE > 3 mJ)
- There are to be no flammable solvents or gases present around the bag
- DO NOT USE to transport flammable products (MIE < 3 mJ)
Conductive Bags / Type-C Bags
Type C FIBCs, also known as conductive FIBCs or ground-able FIBCs, are made from non-conductive polypropylene fabrics interwoven with conducting threads traditionally sewn in a grid pattern.
- This bags are used widely for the transportation of flammable powders.
- Used safely when flammable solvents or gases are present around the bag
- DO NOT USE when the ground connection is not present or has become damaged
